"Leaving the office" is the last of a serie of MiG-21 images, depicting a fight between some MiG-21s and Mirages.
On the first one,"Mirages at Six" two MiGs are surprised by two Mirages over the desert :

Then another one. Close-up of the pilot. Could'nt find a name for it. Not very good :

Next one, the plane is manoeuvering, pulling Gs, while the pilot tries to see is opponent. Hence "Where is he?" :

And finally one of the MiG is shoot down, and the pilot must eject..."Leaving the office". That small chute is a stabilizing devise for the SK-1 ejection seat, not the pilots chute :-) no worries :
